The Art of Churchwell

Dean of Magic for the Society of American Magician Richard Prestia is a fabulous magician that I have known since the early 1990's. He is a true manipulator of cards. Riffling the deck like this takes lots of practice. What makes this a interesting shot to me is the angle that worked for many reason and the one reason I don't think people get right away is when you riffle a deck like this it is natural to look at the cards. So I positioned myself in this position after many tries to have Richard look at me for a second while riffling which gave him a double look of cockiness on the left side of his look to unsureness knowing these cards will fall to the floor which they did not.
